The driver application allows the dispatcher to be informed of the driver's location while on a mission.

Where to view the driver's geolocation?

Viewing the position of a driver on their current job
- Click on the arrow in front of the mission number to access the evaluation area,
- Click on the "View map" button
The colour of the icon tells you the status of the position: green means that the driver is moving and the position is very recent, while red means that the driver is stationary and the position has been fixed for several minutes.
The driver's position can only be displayed on this map when the mission is in status 7 or 8.

View the current position of all drivers
- Go to Visualimo using the Jobs > VisuaLimo menu or the "VisuaLimo" button at the top right of the schedule.
- To view all the drivers who are currently working:
- Make sure you are in the "drivers" view using the green cursor in the centre of the header. It may be set to "vehicles" by default.
- Select the "Present" filter.
- Click on the map icon at the top left.
- Access the global map with the position of all your drivers in activity today:

Why isn't my driver's position visible?
In order for the map with the drivers' geolocation to be displayed correctly, it is necessary that :
- The locations of the mission are registered with the correct formatted addresses. Even if the longitude and latitude of the location are entered, it is the formatted address that will be taken into account. So if the mission is only registered with a location containing a formatted address, the driver's position will not be available.
- The drivers are using WAY-d and have activated geolocation on their application.
To check that drivers are using WAY-D, go to the list of drivers.
WAY-D information is available via a blue label at the end of each driver's line:
- The job is not subcontracted under a DTR. In the context of a DTR, the driver's geolocation is only displayed on the subcontractor's schedule, but not on the client's schedule. It is not technically possible to upload the driver's GPS coordinates to the principal's schedule.

The driver's position is available in the customer area, from the list of jobs.
To activate the function :
- Go to the Configuration > Personalization menu.
- In the "Customer area" tab, move the cursor to the right.
After logging into the customer area, in the list of jobs, a "driver location" button will allow the customer to open a map with an icon showing the driver's geolocation.
For the position to be displayed, all the criteria set out above must be met.
