WAY-D is a mobile application dedicated to employees of companies using the WAY-Plan management software. It can be used to track assignments in real time, declare working hours, request vacations, etc.
If an assignment has been sent to a driver and he doesn't see it on the WAY-D driver application, here are the things to check.
Tips for the WAY-D driver
If your application has been updated and is no longer working.
If your app has been updated and your account no longer works since the update, we recommend that you:
- Delete the app.
- Restart your phone.
- Re-download the WAY-D app. The latest version of the app is version 2.3.16.
- Re-enter your WAY-D code if prompted.

Another tip: ‘WAY-D Code’ menu: delete obsolete accounts.
The WAY-D Code menu allows you to list the schedules connected to your WAY-D account.
If you no longer work for a company on the list, the link to that account must be deleted by clicking on the trash can icon.
WAY-D is an application designed for employees; it is not intended to be linked to more than two accounts simultaneously.
We therefore recommend keeping a maximum of two active accounts at the same time.
This advice is also a precautionary measure regarding data sharing, as all accounts linked to the application have potential access to geolocation data, unless access to this data has been disabled in the ‘Geolocation’ menu.
Synchronise data
‘Reconnect’ menu: this menu allows you to resynchronise mission data in real time.
