It is essential that everyone using WAY-Plan has their own login.

What are the advantages of a personal login for each user?

1. Each person has access to the sections relating to their role in the company.
   
   
2. In the event of a search, it's easy to find out who was behind an action. The history of actions is kept for 6 months.
   
   
3. Temporary access can be created for one person for a given period.
   Example: as part of a seasonal contract or the integration of a trainee, the login is created at the start of the collaboration. At the end of the contract, it is possible to deactivate access without losing the history of the user's actions.
   
   
4. If a person within the company is in charge of a particular folder or a particular customer, it is possible to create restrictions.
   
   Adding a "Customer authorisation" restricts the collaborator to viewing only the data for the customer(s) designated as authorised. They will no longer have access to data relating to other customers.
   

   Adding a "Folder authorisation" restricts the user to viewing only the data in the folder(s) designated as authorised. They will no longer have access to data relating to other folders.

   Authorisations can be added, modified or deleted at any time.

What are the rights of each profile ?

Our recommendation is that only the company manager should have an "admin" profile, as he or she has the most extensive rights to the software.

For the company's users, it's a matter of choosing the role best suited to the person's position.

Each role has specific data access rights.
