Main changes: integration of online payment via Stripe
Online payment is now only available via Stripe, and you can register for the service directly online.
How to register with Stripe
Registering for the service via the WAY-Plan menu is compulsory, even if you already have a Stripe account.
To register, go to "Settings > Online payment" and follow the procedure. Registration can be interrupted during the process and resumed at any time.
Good to know:
- Only the company's managing director or finance manager can register with Stripe.
- Even if you already have a Stripe account, you'll need to create another one so that it can be linked to WAY-Plan.
- Be sure to complete the Stripe registration process and stay on the same page with this text:
How to send a payment link
- Create a payment deadline.
- On the folder, click on "Manage payments" among the buttons on the right.
- Enter the details of the new due date: amount to be collected, desired date.
- Confirm
- Send a message with the online payment link by clicking on the letter opposite the payment due.
When the customer clicks on the payment link, they will be redirected to a page with your logo and then to the Stripe payment page.
The payment details will be added to the due date entered in WAY-Plan, which will automatically change to "paid".
How much does it cost?
Stripe's terms and conditions apply:
- Standard cards from the European Economic Area: 1.5% of the transaction amount + €0.25 fixed fee
- UK cards: 2.5% + €0.25 transaction fee
- Link: 1.2% + €0.25 fixed fee
In addition, there is a service maintenance fee of 0.9% of the transaction amount.

What has been corrected/improved
Customer areas - online booking :
- Addition of a new "fast mode" booking request form with a single-page layout, only available for the contacts connected with login and password.
- New button to specify whether the booker would like a quote or whether the booking is firm.
Planning / Folder: ergonomic changes to improve usability on mobile phones by replacing drag & drop.
- Status ruler: missions can be filtered by clicking on the relevant status.
- Dossier status:
- Ability to open/close the action lists on the right (order, invoice, manage).
- Addition of a direct button for downloading the proforma invoice for the job.
- Job itinerary: click to change the order of the stages.
- Mission valuation zone:
- The presentation of service lines is modified so that the mission category service (corresponding to the transport service) is displayed first.
- Additional costs will be displayed below and with the icon corresponding to the category to which they belong (service, supplement, additional km, etc.).
- Replacement of drag & drop to delete a line in the job valuation by a click on the ... to the left of the service label.
Customer file: added the option of storing attached files. The files are then available in the header of each client file, by clicking on the green "attachment" icon.
Partner file: the ability to store attached files has been added.
Off-network partner thumbnail: replaces "find out more" with the partner's town.
Customer contacts: added the option of exporting the full list of customer contacts as a CSV file.
