Release date: from 14 January 2025 for beta testers.
General update date: to be defined
Main changes: Introduction of functionalities tailored to the coach operator business
- New VisualStaff schedule for managing rest days and holidays
To access this new interface, go to the ‘Drivers > VisualStaff’ menu or search for VisualStaff in the quick search bar.
- Grouped assignment sheet designed to provide the driver with a single document for a stay of several days with the same passengers.
Please note: this document only works in the context of a trip lasting several days, with the same group of passengers, on missions operated with the same driver/vehicle pairing on all missions.
-
Double crew : you can assign several drivers to a trip.
The drivers will find the mission on WAY-D, but each driver's score will not be separated. If a driver clicks on ‘Start’ on his application, the start time of the shift will be recorded for both drivers.
