Main New Features
-
Transmission of Attachments on DTRs
Attachments linked to a mission are now automatically transmitted to the subcontractor even if they were added before the creation or sending of the DTR.
This ensures better continuity of information and prevents any manual oversight when sending essential documents (job sheets, client documents, special instructions, etc.). -
Vehicle Deletion Update – Soft Delete:
It is now possible to delete obsolete vehicles or vehicles removed from the fleet, even if they have been previously scheduled on missions. Deleting a vehicle will trigger its deactivation rather than permanent deletion. This improvement allows you to:
- Preserve the mission history,
- Avoid scheduling vehicles that are no longer part of the fleet,
- Maintain a cleaner and more accurate database.
-
Adding a network filter:
It is now possible to filter assignments sent or received via collaboration networks by DTR, with WAY-Corp partners, or by GNET.
Improvements
- Mission Importer: Improved interpretation of formats.
-
WAY-Partner Integration:
- Stabilization of DTR sending and tracking for WAY-Partner drivers,
- Addition of the “pre-negotiated rate” feature when sending DTRs (fully functional with the next WAY-Partner release scheduled for December 10),
- Optimization of status exchanges,
- Improved handling of validations related to partner drivers.
-
GNET: Adjustments to the handling of optional fields and processing of incomplete messages.
- Special step instructions in MIS_NOTE_INTERNE
- Added a GNET filter in the request list
- Added a collaborator alert when a mission is cancelled via GNET
- Added time fields to intermediate steps (stops)
