Main changes :

• Planning: change of visual on the types of services and legends. A change in technology for colour management:
  • A change of visual on the selection of service types
  • A wider range of colours for creating legends and types of diary rules.
  • Mission sheet: display of the second driver on classic and shuttle mission sheets, no longer just on the collective ticket.
• GNET improvements:
  • Mission reception: Display of the mission number sent by the partner.
  • Sending a mission: creation of a page to view the details sent by the partner and processed.
  • Sending a job: removal of the ‘price required’ option for sending a quote request, as this function is not processed in GNET. This led to misunderstandings when sending requests.
• Planning, exporting missions to CSV: addition of several exportable fields (telephone numbers of drivers 2 and 3, passenger telephone numbers, discount amount, route name, driver clocking-in times, etc.).
• Planning, job: when valuing a job, a new indicator distinguishes between rates entered for ‘all periods’ and those entered for a specific period. This makes it easier to choose the applicable rate.
• Settings > Personalisation: a new setting has been added to hide the discount on proformas and invoices. This function already existed for quotations.
  • Bonus: adjustment of the “negative discount” function to increase the rate for an assignment at will.
• Job, merging mission expenses: details of the merging operation have been added to the mission's internal note.

What has been corrected/improved

• Vehicles, unavailability management: wording added to better qualify unavailability.
• Automatic cancellation email: driver's language taken into account
• On invoiced files, exported to accounting: release of the option to modify the mission legend
• File, attachments: .eml format added to the list of accepted formats for adding downloaded emails.
• WAY-Partner improvement: adding the code of a WAY-Partner partner can be done more easily, from the list of partners. (WAY-partner is an app for affiliate driver, only available in France for the moment)
