Why complete your WAY CORP profile?

A well-kept and complete profile allows you to :

• Appear in the user dashboard via our highlighting algorithm. The more complete your profile, the greater your chances of being selected!
• Enhance your brand image with customers and partners. A clear, professional presentation inspires confidence.
• Stand out in the WAY-Plan network, by demonstrating your strengths and assets.

How to access your Way CORP profile?

• Log in to your WAY-Plan account.
• Go to WAY-Corp > Modify my profile.
• Update the available sections and send us the items to be centralized if necessary.

Sections you can modify yourself

You can enrich the following sections in your WAY-Corp space:

1. Description of your business: Present your company, your added value, your specialty. internationale.
   Tip: add an English version for international reach.
2. Pricing policy: Indicate your flat rates (e.g. airport transfers, provisioning), or add the phrase: “Partner rates on request”.
3. Administrative documents: Add your Kbis and fleet insurance certificate.
   Coming soon: you'll be able to indicate the expiry date for each document!
4. Services and vehicles: Detail your fleet, services offered (VIP, groups, events, etc.), options available, languages spoken by your drivers...

Intervention zones: automated visibility based on your actual activity

With WAY-Plan, your intervention zones (cities and regions) are automatically generated from the missions actually planned and carried out by your own in-house drivers.

How does it work?

WAY-Plan analyzes the history of your in-house missions, i.e. those carried out by your fleet and drivers. Based on this concrete data, the platform identifies the geographical areas where you are most active.

For example:

• If your company regularly makes trips to Paris with your in-house drivers, Paris will automatically be displayed as a priority zone on your WAY-Corp sheet.
• On the other hand, if you subcontract a job to Lyon, even several times, Lyon will not be considered a priority zone because you have not operated there directly.

Certain information needs to be updated by the WAY-Plan team. Please send us a message:
