For a partner using WAY-Plan to find your company on their network, a relationship must be established between your two installations. A company known in WAY-Corp is not necessarily visible from all installations.
Why does your company not appear?
- The wrong partner is being searched for: some companies have similar names. Use the exact company name and check the selected installation.
- Network registration is not complete: your company may be known to the partner without appearing on their network if its registration has not been fully completed.
- The registration is recent: after completing the registration, a delay of 24 to 48 hours may be necessary before the company appears in the search results.
- The geolocation filter is enabled: a recently registered partner is not necessarily yet geographically identified. The algorithm does not yet have enough data to determine its actual catchment area. Uncheck the Geolocation box to broaden the search.
- A network restriction is applied: a blacklist may prevent your company from being suggested.
-
Your installation is no longer active: a deactivated or deleted installation no longer appears as an available partner. This situation requires Support intervention.
Check the relationship between the two companies
- Confirm the exact name of your company and that of the partner company.
- Verify that the network registration is complete. If it is recent, wait the 24 to 48-hour delay.
- Uncheck the Geolocation box, then restart the search.
- Check that the network relationship exists between the installations currently in use.
- Rule out any restrictions, duplicate records, or company errors.
- Remove other search filters, then refresh the display.
If your company is visible, but not a mission
The network relationship and sending a mission are two distinct operations. If your company appears correctly, check that the DTR has been sent to the correct installation and that it has not been refused or cancelled.
