You have sent a mission via DTR (Data Transfer Request) to your WAY-Plan partner, but the driver's name is not showing up on your schedule?
This guide outlines the technical requirements and the steps to resolve this synchronization issue.
1. Mandatory Requirements
For the driver's name to be automatically transmitted to your planning tool, your partner must ensure that:
The driver is assigned: A driver must be officially assigned to the mission on the partner's schedule.
Status is set to 6: The mission must reach Status 6 to trigger the data transfer.
2. Troubleshooting Steps
If your partner confirms that the requirements above are met but the name is still missing, a manual refresh of the assignment is the most effective solution.
Please ask your partner to perform the following steps in his schedule:
Reset the driver: Remove the assigned driver from the mission.
Verify the status: Ensure the mission reverts to Status 4 (update manually if necessary).
Re-assign the driver: Place the driver back onto the mission.
Confirm Status 6: Switch the mission back to Status 6.
Pro Tip: This sequence forces a fresh data update between the two systems, ensuring the driver's information is pushed through to your schedule.
