MAILS > Email explorer — jobs by email centralises messages received for AI processing. It lets you read the source, open the prepared request and track how your team handles it.
Understand the labels
- Pending: the message is waiting to be analysed.
- Job: a booking request has been prepared.
- Operator alert: your team needs to review or act on the message.
- No job: no new transport request was identified.
- Analysis failed: process the message manually.
A “Likely duplicate of DEM …” banner may prompt you to review an existing request before creating a new record.
Compare the result with the source
- Open the message in the explorer.
- Read its body and attachments.
- Open the linked prepared request.
- Compare each useful item with the original email.
- Correct and complete the request before continuing.
PDF, image and DOCX attachments containing booking details can be analysed. Their presence does not guarantee that every item was captured: review the source document. For Excel/CSV files and bulk imports, use the workflow confirmed with the WAY‑Plan team.
Mark an email as processed
Click “Mark as processed” when your team has completed its action. The history records who performed this action and when.
This status organises team work: it does not mean that the AI analysis succeeded, that a job was created or that a confirmation was received.
