WAY‑Plan AI assistance helps prepare a request, while your team remains responsible for business validation. This page summarises the checks to complete before continuing to a job.
Distinguish the stages
| Stage | What it means |
|---|---|
| Email received | The message reached the configured channel. |
| Analysis completed | The content was interpreted; the result still needs review. |
| Request prepared | A booking form was pre-filled. |
| Job created | A user validated the creation in WAY‑Plan. |
| Email “processed” | A team member records that they handled the message. |
Always check
- date, time and time zone;
- locations, terminals, stops and exact addresses;
- passengers, children, luggage and special requirements;
- billing customer, organising contact and passengers;
- vehicle, service, amount, currency and references.
Attachments and imports
PDF, image and DOCX files are intended for analysing booking details. Always review their content. Excel/CSV spreadsheets and large bulk imports should not be treated as a universal workflow: confirm the appropriate method with the WAY‑Plan team.
International cases
Explicitly check the time zone, language, amount and currency. Do not assume automatic currency conversion.
Usage capacity and failed analysis
The gauge represents AI-assistance usage capacity. It is not a guaranteed fixed number of bookings. If analysis does not complete, return to the original message and continue manually when necessary.
Corrections and learning
Correcting a request is essential, but does not guarantee that the tool will automatically reuse the correction for the next message. Send useful discrepancies to support with the source, actual result and expected result.
These features may depend on the scope enabled for your installation. If in doubt, contact WAY‑Plan support before changing your email organisation.
