Update October 2023 - WAY-Plan version 1.26

Release date: from 2 October 2023 for beta testers. 

General update date: from Monday 6 November.

What changes 

The file header has been slightly revised:

• • Left: The content of the "comment" box in the customer file is visible all the time by default. A button to the right of the order number lets you hide this comment.
    
  • Center :
    • Under adjustment : Link the folder with an associated "event"
    • Undergoing adjustments : Add attachments to the file for internal management
  • Right: Modify the fee schedule linked to the file.

What's more  

• The "CHORUS PRO link" option is now available. For more information:  https://help.waynium.com/hc/fr/articles/4960588556818 
  
  
• Messages sent by e-mail can be accessed from the folder. 
  
  In the list of sent messages, it is also possible to filter by file number.
  
  
• In the "Configuration> Personalization", the "Email alerts" section has been added, with 2 options:
  
  • Email alert to the collaborator linked to the file on D+1 of file creation.
  • Email alert to the collaborator linked to the file on D-7 of the file's 1st mission. 
    
    
• Undergoing adjustments
  Addition of the "event" concept, in the Folders menu + the link between event and folder. Allow a collaborator to access only the list of files linked to an event. Search for folders by event (in the folder list).
  
  
• WAY-D (web version only for the moment https://wayd.waynium.com/ ):
  • In the detailed mission sheet: you can access the PDF version of the mission sheet.
    
  • If passengers are entered without details: the driver can change the number of passengers in the vehicle.
    
    
    This modification triggers a control for the job, on the schedule.
    

What's been corrected/improved

• Client list: The link between a client and the client's list of files is re-established.
  
• Create a route from the planner: the data entered in the "description" box is now recorded along with the route name and the stages.
  

  
  
  

• Mission summary by email: The special equipment entered on the job now appears in the messages sent by email.
• Entry of a diary rule for a driver: correction of the "all day" checkbox.

In addition to these visible changes, the new version contains many technical improvements related to software security.
