When you send an email from Way Plan, the following message may appear:
Unable to send this email because at least one of the recipients has marked your emails as spam. These users generally prefer to use their dedicated space.
If the recipient has marked your address as spam by mistake, contact support to remove them from the blacklist: xxxxx@waynium.com
Why is this message appearing?
This blockage is not a bug: it is an intentional measure to comply with anti-spam regulations (GDPR, European directives, and international best practices).
As soon as a recipient clicks on "Stop receiving emails from this sender," their address is automatically added to the blacklist.

How does an address end up on the blacklist?
To avoid accidental unsubscribes, we have implemented a 3-step validation process:
Click on "Stop receiving emails from this sender"
Select the address to unsubscribe
Confirm by clicking on "Validate"
After validation, a confirmation message is displayed, indicating the procedure to follow in case of an error.

Consequences in Way Plan
When an address is blacklisted:
No email, whether automatic or manual, can be sent from your account to this address.
The concerned user will no longer receive any communication, even in case of urgent or important information.
This blockage also impacts certain features: it becomes impossible to cancel, receive, or modify the driver of a mission if the driver in question has clicked on "Stop receiving emails from this sender."
The only way to restore sending is to manually remove the address from the blacklist via Way Plan Support.
What to do if this is an error?
If a recipient has clicked by mistake, they should:
Contact us directly by email at: support@waynium.com
Provide their email address and confirm that they wish to receive your messages again.
Our team will then remove the address from the blacklist.
Best practices for avoiding accidental blocking
Inform your employees and customers not to click on the unsubscribe link if they wish to continue receiving your communications.
Tip : You can send your teams the image from this article, showing the steps leading to being blacklisted, so that they can identify the consequences of clicking on ‘Do not receive emails from this sender’.
