Where can I find the attachments that the driver sends from WAY-D?

Drivers can send you supporting documents by adding a photo to their WAY-D application.

How do I add an attachment in WAY-D? 

In WAY-D, you add an attachment by clicking on "ride detail" and then "Send attachments".

The application will open the user's camera, allowing them to add a document from a photo.

Where can I find the attachment in WAY-Plan?

On WAY-Plan, you will receive an alert as soon as the driver has added the document to the application.

Clicking on "view" takes you to the relevant job

The document can be seen in the "additional information" box for the job. The "i" icon is displayed to indicate that information is available:
