It can happen that you delete jobs inadvertently or hastily.
Don't panic, the jobs are still stored in your software.
How do I find deleted jobs?
To find and restore deleted jobs from the schedule or a folder, simply :
- Cick on the blue magnifying glass to display additional filters.
- Select the date(s) concerned, then in the 4th column, change the “Default view” mode to "Deleted"
Your deleted jobs are restored.
How do I restore deleted jobs?
- Once you've restored your jobs, change their status from "cancelled" to the one of your choice. It is possible to make a massive change to the status of jobs if the operation concerns several jobs.
- Return to "Default view" to find the list of all your jobs.
Please note: only the user identified as "admin" or "assistant" can delete a job or folder. For other profiles, they can only change the job status to "cancelled".
