Finding deleted jobs

It can happen that you delete jobs inadvertently or hastily.

Don't panic, the jobs are still stored in your software.

How do I find deleted jobs?

To find and restore deleted jobs from the schedule or a folder, simply :

1. Cick on the blue magnifying glass to display additional filters.
   
   
   
   
2. Select the date(s) concerned, then in the 4th column, change the “Default view” mode to "Deleted"
   
   
   Your deleted jobs are restored.

How do I restore deleted jobs?

1. Once you've restored your jobs, change their status from "cancelled" to the one of your choice. It is possible to make a massive change to the status of jobs if the operation concerns several jobs.
   
   
2. Return to "Default view" to find the list of all your jobs.

Please note: only the user identified as "admin" or "assistant" can delete a job or folder. For other profiles, they can only change the job status to "cancelled".
