The software allows you to send an email including only one mission.
How does it work?
Simply follow these steps:
- Open the mass actions menu by clicking on the green arrow in the top left-hand corner of your schedule or folder header.
- Select the relevant job by clicking on the job number.
- Select a choice in the “send email” column.
Next, select the name of the person concerned, then the desired message template.
The email will include only the selected assignment, as shown in the example below.
The attachments on the right are documents containing only information from the mission in question.
