Concierge Organizer option

What is the Concierge Organizer option for? 

This link allows you to connect WAY-Plan with the Concierge Organizer software, published by Cogifor.

A hotel concierge using Concierge Organizer will be able to send you information about his requests for services directly in your WAY-Plan.

Thus:

• Transport requests created in Concierge Organizer are transmitted to your WAY-Plan as "pending requests".
• If the job is modified you are alerted and all you have to do is validate the change request on your schedule. 
• The concierge is informed in real time in Concierge Organizer of the progress of the job: validation, allocation of a driver, status of the job on the day (en route, in place, etc.).

Option conditions :

• Commissioning: €190 excl. tax (1 month included)
• Monthly fee: €30 excl. tax/month
