API link option

What is the purpose of the API Link option?

The possibilities for communication between WAY-Plan and external software are vast: sending data, setting up call-backs....

More than 10 companies are already using the API to link their WAY-Plan solution with external tools for :

• Receiving jobs from a booking system (software or external website)
• Queries on the progress of jobs linked to a customer account: job status or driver position
• Send automatic pricing for jobs

Option conditions :

• • Commissioning of the API Key and a WAY account-Test plan and technical assistance with configuration: 850€ excl. VAT,
  •  Maintenance and specific support: 50€ excl. VAT / month added to your licence, including 1000 calls per month, beyond which a supplement of 0.005€ / call will be applied.

After studying the attached documentation, the technical department in charge of developments on your side will have to schedule a telephone meeting with our technical manager to validate the feasibility of the planned developments.

* Our technical team will be able to answer questions from the developers you have selected to develop the link, but will not be able to develop it as our schedules do not allow this. If you would like to ask one of our partner developers about your project, we can send you their contact details.

* The current version of the API will evolve before the end of 2025.
Expect your developer to have to make adjustments for the switchover from the current version to the next version of the API.
