Are you wondering whether your email address settings are correct? Will messages sent from WAY-Plan to your customers or drivers reach their destination?
First check that your e-mail address is set up correctly.
Where and how to check?
You use an address based on the info@waynium.com model
For companies using a sender email address with a professional domain name, our developers have created a verification tool directly in your WAY-Plan.
- From the menu, select "Mail > SMTP Server WAY-Plan".
- On this page, enter your domain name (example: waynium.com) and click on "Check".
If all the indicators are green, you don't need to do anything. If not, follow the instructions on the left of the page.
You are using an address based on the monentreprise@gmail.com model
If you are using a free address, such as Gmail, go to "Mail > Outgoing mail server".
Your configuration is correct if :
- a record corresponding to the email address used by your company exists
- the status is checked in green

You are using an address based on monentreprise@free.fr or monentreprise@orange.fr
If you use a free address other than Gmail, we advise you to use another email address for emails sent from WAY-Plan. You will probably be able to redirect your customers' replies to your usual address, which you should check in your provider's interface.
We have tried on several occasions to configure free addresses on providers other than Gmail and this has always failed.
Why should I configure my email addresses?
Too many accounts that have not been configured use the email sending function. This is detrimental to the "deliverability" of all messages sent from WAY-Plan for everyone.
Contact your domain name provider's support team for assistance with this configuration. The WAYNIUM team can advise you but is not "OVH support", nor "IONOS support" ;)
Please let us know at support@waynium.com when your configurations are complete. This will allow us to authorize the sending of messages via your WAY-Plan account.
