Need to extract specific data about your missions for reporting, sharing a table with a partner, or analyzing a period of activity? WAY-Plan allows you to easily create customized schedule exports.
Only users with an administrator profile can create or modify mission exports. If you do not have the necessary rights, please contact the person responsible for your WAY-Plan account.
The steps to create a custom CSV export of the schedule.
- Go to the main menu: Missions > Mission Export.
- Click on Create a new export.
- Give your export a clear name (e.g., "Weekly stats" or "Client X company export") and add a description to specify its purpose or content. This will make it easier for you or your colleagues to reuse.
- Select the data to include from the list of checkboxes that appears:
- Mission information (dates, locations, status)
- Driver or vehicle information
Client or billing data.
Check only the fields you are interested in to get a clear and relevant file.
- At the very bottom of the page, you must specify who will be able to access this export:
- Either by selecting the relevant user roles.
- Either by checking designated collaborators.
- Then, click on Save configuration.
Using the Mission Export Daily
Once the export is configured, you can use it at any time from your schedule or within a mission folder:
- Filter your missions according to your usual criteria (dates, statuses, clients...).
Click on the green arrow for mass actions, then "Export to CSV", and then choose your custom export template from the list.
You will get a downloadable file (often in CSV or Excel format), ready to be used or sent.
Custom exports are a powerful asset in WAY-Plan for saving time, structuring your analyses, or responding to specific requests from your clients or partners. Once the template is created, it becomes reusable with a single click.
