How to add a type of service?

Your list of service types is used to define the main families of services on your schedule.

How do I add a service type to WAY-Plan?

Only the WAY-Plan team can add service types to your software. Contact us by email at support@waynium.com with :

• The name of the service type in French and English
• The code in 1 or 2 letters
• The VAT rate applicable by default to services invoiced under this type of service
• The desired color code

The type of service will be added within 24 hours.

You can then configure the rates for your services in "Rates > Rates configuration".
