The customer area is an intuitive interface designed to offer your customers a simple, smooth, and autonomous experience. In just a few clicks, they can book a transfer online, download their quotes and invoices, and track the progress of their assignments in real time.
This area centralizes all essential information and ensures clear, fast, and efficient communication between you and your customers.
Key Features
- Order overview: Your clients can view all their orders from their personal space. Past, current, and upcoming bookings are clearly listed with detailed information.
- Mission schedule: An integrated calendar provides a clear view of scheduled missions. Each mission displays:
- the assigned driver
- the scheduled time
- the mission status (confirmed, in progress, completed). Real-time driver tracking: This feature provides clients with instant, reassuring visibility on the progress of their trip.
To activate real-time tracking: Go to Menu > Settings > Customization, select the Customer Area tab, and activate the corresponding setting.

Downloadable invoices and quotes: All invoices and quotes are accessible and downloadable directly from the customer area in PDF format.
No more email exchanges, everything is centralized and available at any time.To activate this feature for your customers, you must manage your contacts' rights from the menu >Customers >Customer contacts. Go to the relevant contact's file and activate the desired rights:
- Online booking: Customers can create their bookings online using a simple and intuitive form.
Once the request has been validated, an automatic confirmation email is sent to the customer.
Bookings are immediately visible in the customer area.
Sending login details
Would you like to give your customers access to their Customer Area?
- Go to Menu > Customers > Customer contacts.
Expand the arrow to access Menu > Send an email > Access to your Customer Area.
An email containing login details will be sent to the selected contact. They will then be able to log in to their Customer Area and access their information independently.
Accessibility
The Customer Area is available on all devices: computers, tablets, and smartphones.
Note: For an optimal experience, we recommend using the Google Chrome browser, which guarantees the best compatibility with Way Plan.
