There is a function for automatically sending a backup of your schedule 3 times a day to a dedicated email address.
How do I activate sending of the backup file?
Contact support by email on support@waynium.com with the address to which you wish to receive the csv export of your schedule for the day and the following day.
A real safety net, this file will enable you to deal with emergencies in the event of a temporary loss of connection with WAY-Plan.
How can I stop receiving the daily email?
We advise you not to deactivate this service, but rather to :
- Create an automatic filing rule on your email address that will automatically file received messages in a folder,
- Create a specific address for receiving these messages containing the backup files.
If, despite this advice, you still decide not to use this option, contact support by email at support@waynium.com and let them know what you want.
You can go back in time to reactivate this daily delivery.
Good to know:
Your WAY-Plan account is doubled on a backup server accessible via a dedicated url on the following model: https://monentreprise.way-plan.net/
If the main server goes down, try connecting to the version hosted on the secondary server. Your data will be copied there.
We advise you to use this secondary address as a simple consultation tool.
