Remove a driver

It is not possible to delete a driver if he is scheduled on a past, present or future job. The system will display an error message.

There are 2 ways of managing drivers with whom you are no longer working: 

Deactivate the current collaboration: 

This solution is preferable for your former salaried drivers.

1. Go to MENU > Drivers > Drivers
2. Click on "Collaboration in progress" to turn the icon red

The driver will no longer be visible when you choose your partner/driver for your jobs, but you will retain all the driver's assignment history and working hours.

Archive the driver

If you absolutely do not want your driver to appear in your database, we recommend that you do this.

Please note :

• There will be no going back! All your drivers' data will be permanently grouped together in a single "driver archive" profile.
• The drivers concerned will receive an automatic cancellation email if their email address is entered. We strongly advise you to delete the email addresses of all the drivers concerned BEFORE carrying out this operation

If these warnings are heeded, you can archive your inactive drivers:

1. Create a new driver "Archive driver",
2. Then select the drivers you wish to delete, and merge them into this "archive driver".
3. To merge drivers, select the drivers you wish to merge and click on "Merge" in the top right-hand corner:

All the jobs on which the drivers concerned were placed will now display "Archive Driver" as the Partner/Driver.
