The "export for salary calculation" file gives you a snapshot of the hours worked by your drivers over a given period. This information is used to help you calculate the wages of your salaried drivers.
A bank of criteria is available to help you refine your analysis.
How do I extract the "export for salary calculation" file?
To extract this data, you need to :
1/ Go to >Menu >Drivers >Drivers.
2/ Click on "Export the driver datas" at the top right of the list.
If you carry out a search on the list of drivers before clicking on "Export for salary calculation", the system will take this into account and the file obtained will only concern the drivers contained in the list.
3/ Select the information to be included in the file:
- The period: you must choose either the month of February, for example, or between the date 01/02/2022 and the date 15/02/2022.
- The name of the driver concerned, if required. If you do not select a driver name, all drivers will be selected by default. When you enter a driver's name for the export button to appear, you will need to press the "TAB" key on your keyboard.
- The partner: if you only want to export your employee drivers, select Internal.
- Finally, click on "Export".
How do I configure the export with the relevant data?
1/ Click on "Exportation setup" to display only the fields/columns you want in the resulting file. You can change the export configuration at any time.
2/ Click/Unclick the fields. By clicking and dragging the rows, you can also change the order of the fields
in the list.
To make configuration easier, we recommend that you first click on "None" and then tick the fields that are relevant to your company.

4/ You can export the file to check that the configuration suits you.
