The link to your booking form is youraccountname.way-plan.com/request/add/
You can create a link between your website and the booking form. Please ask the person in charge of maintaining your site.
Good to know:
- The form cannot be integrated into an iframe; visitors will be redirected to the form page in another tab.
- The form URL cannot be modified.
However, you can use a short link generator to make it easier to send the form link in a shorter format (useful for messages sent by SMS or Whatsapp, for example). Examples of short link generators: http://urls.fr/ or https://bitly.com/
How do I change the form?
You can change the colours and some of the text on this form.
By default, we use the colours of your logo to match your corporate identity. You can send us your colour codes if you want a different setting.
You can send us the text to replace the header texts:
- Online booking request
- You will be contacted as soon as possible...
The contact details displayed in the top right-hand corner can also be modified with the text of your choice.
Only these elements can be modified, the input fields and general ergonomics are fixed.
Customise your services
By default, 3 tabs are displayed in the form: Trip, Passengers and Confirmation.
A fourth tab can be added, on request, with a list of your services.
In this tab, your customer will be able to select the type of service and the type of vehicle required.
Attached to this article you will find the reference document, which you can fill in and return to us at support@waynium.com in the order to configure your services.
Each service and each type of vehicle must be described by a title and an image.

Photos must be free of copyright or taken by you. Your company is responsible for the content you ask us to publish.
How do you handle booking requests?
What happens when one of your customers uses the booking form for an assignment?
- You receive an automatic email with the details of the request.
- Your customer receives an automatic e-mail informing them that their request has been successfully transmitted.
- The assignment appears in the pending requests section of your WAY-Plan, which you can access via the basket icon in the top right-hand corner of your software.
- As soon as you have validated the request, the customer will see their request confirmed in their customer area.
- You can also send them an e-mail to confirm that their order has been processed.
