You've tried to download your quote or invoice and you're getting an application error message like this :

How do you correct this error to download your invoice?
1. Go back to your folders and before the number of your quotation/invoice you will see the prefix "und" (undefined) like this :
This means that no quotation/invoice template is attached.
2.Click on Quotation templates or Invoice templates and assign the template of your choice.
You can now download your document.
