As soon as an additional structure is added by the support team, folders and invoices can be created for this structure.

How do you create a folder for a secondary business entity?
As a folder is attached to this new structure by the rate grid applied, you need to create at least one rate grid attached to this new entity.
- Create a new rate grid : go to menu "Pricing > Fees structure".
- Enter the prices for this new rate plan in "Pricing > Prices and Services".
- Modify the customer file to link it to the new grid. At the bottom of the customer file, select the applicable grid.
- When you create a new folder, make sure you select the grid required for billing:
The folder will inherit all the business structure's information: logo, company legal information, invoice numbering configured with the WAYNIUM team.
Please note
As a reminder, the databases of the 2 companies are pooled.
It is impossible to separate the schedule of the structures and to isolate the customers of one or the other entity. Therefore it is not possible to separate the data of each structure.
On the other hand, many elements can be filtered by entity: the schedule, the list of orders, the statistics, among others.
Accounting exports will also be differentiated by entity.
